I go to my trainer 3x's per week with my cousin. We go for an hour and we are required to workout on our own 2x's per week (45 min cardio). I love moving again, I felt like I hadn't worked out in ages and it really gives you so much energy when you do it. I feel stronger and feel proud of myself. Love that feeling!
I weigh in on Mondays at the trainers so I will once again change my weigh in day to coincide with her. I like waiting until that day to see what my progress is instead of weighing at home so that's why I am changing again.
Between the holidays, getting sick, and just not eating how I should I have fallen way behind and.... GAINED 2 LBS!! Whyyyyyyy *in my Cee-Loo voice*
