L - Tuscan Boat, Nutty Wheatberry Salad, Yogurt Smoothie

I had no idea what a tuscan boat was and I almost swapped this meal, but I saw a picture of it on the website and it looks soooooo good. It looks like potato skins, how can that not be good?

And it was great. I will be doubling up on this meal next time. Not sure what I'm going to substitute it for yet but I need to have this twice! The tuscan boat taste exactly how it looks. There was some water in the bottom of the container so I just took the food out and warmed it on a paper plate, I'm sure you could've just poured the water out also but this way was just easier for me. The wheatberry salad was also very good. Not sure what all was in it but the berries made it all taste great. And the smoothie was a nice sweet treat to end with (and it was my favorite flavor). The 1600 came with an additional tuscan boat.
