2nd Weekend
So on the weekends I eat what I want basically. Just in case someone is wondering I figured I'd keep track of the things I ate on the weekends as well. I went to the pancake house for breakfast and pigged out. I had chocolate candy and popcorn at the movies. I ate a salad with full fat dressing, cheese and croutons and I ate dinner with my husband, take out. Ultimately I want to lay off the candy but I haven't so far. I am also starting up with a trainer next month so I may change my weekend habits then as well. Who knows?
