D - Curried Shrimp, Basmati Rice, Minted Peas

This is one of the meals that are pictured on the first page of the Diet To Go website. It looked so good and I knew I had to try it.
Unfortunately this meal will NOT be reordered. I did not like this at all. The curry had pineapples and some other sweet fruit in it. It was spicy as well. The flavor just was not good. I would have rather had shrimp and plain rice. I couldn't finish this dinner. I also am not into minted peas and carrots so this one was not a winner for me. I will double up on the chugwater chili instead next time week 5 rolls around. 

I was surprised I didn't like this meal because I loved the curry chicken salad last time I was on DTG but this being heated up and having all the spiciness just made it way different then the salad. I will be having the salad this week so I'm looking forward to trying it again and hoping it is just as good as the last go round.
The 1600 cal version must've had a larger portion. Or maybe the carrots were added as well since they were not mentioned in the menu
