DTG recommends adding two glasses of skim milk per day to the plan or taking a calcium supplement. I am not a fan of drinking milk, I am a fan of adding milk to chocolate, or to ice cream, or to cereal, or for making cheese... where was I?
Oh, so I am not drinking milk. (maybe you don't want the added calories, maybe you are lactose intolerant, or maybe like me, you just don't prefer to drink skim milk).
On another note, I read on a blog that the brownie which comes with the grilled cheese, taste delicious with a glass of milk, so you might try that.
FYI: Two glasses of skim milk is about 160 calories
