B - Cranberry Oat Scone, Orange Marmalade, Orange Juice

Another wonderful breakfast. This was a scone and the only other time I have had a scone was the last time I did DTG, lol. It's more crumbly then a muffin. More dense. Although it looks small it is very filling.

I still don't like orange marmalade but I gave it a shot. Next time I will eat it dry because it is just as good. Maybe I'll dip it in the yogurt. Speaking of yogurt, the 1600 cal version includes it. This time it was key lime pie flavored. Another one I've never tried. Well I've only tried strawberry, strawberry banana (my favorite), peach and some chocolate ones that I didn't care for. If I want chocolate, yogurt just won't do. But the key lime was good. I know now not to go in thinking I'm really getting these flavors and that has helped me a lot. Just a nice sweet treat that's good for you. And the orange juice was just that. I drank a big glass of water also, next time maybe I'll save the orange juice for later.

I warmed the scone for 20 seconds wrapped in a wet paper towel and it came out perfect. I've read of others cutting and toasting theirs. I don't have a toaster oven or else I would try it as it sounds like a really tasty way to have it.
