L - Curry Chicken Salad, Mandarin Oranges, Melba Toast



"um um good", this was just as good if not better then I remember it. The curry salad has golden raisins and apples in it. The flavor is so good, I'm so happy I doubled up on this. Not sure why I love the curry salad but didn't like the curry shrimp dish at all. Another great thing was that the "melba toast" was actually wheat crackers this time. I don't like melba toast, it is so tasteless so I wasn't going to eat it but then I saw that they were wheat crackers and they went great with the meal. Love to have a little crunch. The mandarins were great too. Tasted very fresh. The 1600 cal also comes with a granola bar. I ate that a few hours after lunch.

As I stated my morning was thrown off so I ate breakfast later then planned. Which of course caused me to be starving and therefore decided to eat my lunch early. So I decided to save the granola bar for a snack since I was sure I would be hungry before dinner. It was a great snack. It was Kashi so I knew it would be very healthy. Not just full of sugar like most brands. It had 6g of protein and 3g of fiber, not bad for 150 calories. It was very nutty as well.
