B - Mango-Cranberry Muffin, Orange Marmalade, Yogurt Smoothie

Another delicious muffin! This one had a lot of cranberries in it and I love dried cranberries so it was great. The smoothie was strawberry flavored, one of my favorites so I couldn't go wrong with this meal. I didn't feel as full after this breakfast. Oh and I didn't eat the orange marmalade because I don't like it. The muffin doesn't need it anyway.
On a personal note: I woke up early this morning so I ended up eating breakfast early again. Guess my body is still thrown off from yesterday. But now that means I will eat my lunch early again as well. Luckily lunch today comes with an apple so I will have that as a snack between lunch and dinner. I don't like to change my dinner time because the evening is when I am the worst at sticking with a diet. So I don't want to let myself get hungry before I go to sleep. I already eat 3 hours before bedtime anyway so lets not get crazy.
